With more than 6 years of SAP consulting experience, Alexander has developed a strong focus in the areas Enterprise Performance Management, Procurement and IT
strategy. As project manager he has lead projects across the entire implementation lifecycle from value justification analyses, conceptual pre-implementation designs to
implementation projects and change management.
In one of his latest assignments, he was responsible project lead for a SAP BI implementation in South-East Europe.
Under demanding conditions, the first comprehensive SAP BI implementation was realized successfully from requirements definition to final handover.
Within SAP, Alexander has strongly been involved as Subject Matter Expert in the development of benchmarking initiatives, allowing businesses to compare performance with peer groups based on KPIs retrieved from SAP solutions.
Strong analytical capabilities paired with a good understanding of business requirements and broad SAP knowledge, enable him to bridge the gap between business and IT.
Coming from a business background himself, he is experienced in understanding / documenting
business requirements and transforming them into high-level solution designs (Blueprints).
He has a track record of providing outstanding results also in very demanding client situations.
Prior to joining SAP, he spent 2 years as a strategic purchaser at a large corporation in the hightech
industry where he was strongly involved in purchasing excellence projects implementing bestpractice
in the purchasing function.
